Subject Description
This subject focuses on advanced knowledge of project and change management of IT projects to facilitate optimum utilisation of resources. The subject will focus on IT projects in agile environments. Topics covered include project and change management in agile project environment, optimum resource allocation, monitoring and reporting progress of IT projects to ensure the projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and procedures.

Subject Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:
1. Apply advanced project and change management concepts to address IT projects in agile environment.
2. Plan, directs and coordinates IT projects using methods and tools to ensure effective project control, change control and risk management.
3. Evaluate availability and optimum utilisation of resources in agile environment ensuring successful completion of IT projects.
