Subject Description
This subject will develop and enhance students knowledge and skills in research methodology. Topics include defining research problems, research design, conducting a systematic literature review, methods of data collection, processing and analysis of data, writing a research proposal, and interpretation and report writing. Students will gain understanding of different research methodology, including qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., causal model and statistical analysis). Students will learn how to design an appropriate research plan.


Subject Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:
1. Undertake scholarly research through the conduct of a systematic literature review.
2. Define and construct research problem, research design, data collection, data analysis and statisitical analysis.
3. Interpret theoretical, practical and professional information and communicate knowledge, ideas and procedures to both profssesionals and stakeholders.
4. Employ independent learning strategies to update own knowledge in the field and keep pace with innovations techniques, industry trends and standards
